No. The Bible is a witness of Christ from the old world. The Book of Mormon is a witness of Christ from Israelites who were led to the ancient Americas. We believe God always substantiates truth through more than one witness (2 Cor. 13: 1). We believe the Book of Mormon expounds on some topics more than the Bible as we know it today. But that is more of a reflection on how the Bible was compiled over the centuries than on the completeness of original, sacred scrolls.
